Soundproofing of selected interior walls for privacy and audio comfort
Caulking grouped studs in exterior wall cavities to reduce infiltration
Insulation in exterior spaces...garage walls and patio ceiling (keeps area below cooler for better summer enjoyment or easier to condition later)
Prepriming & backpriming cedar shingles, siding and trim (allows expansion and contraction at same rate reducing warpage, seals wood from both sides and extends life of product and stain coatings)
